Carbonating cylinders create the bubbles. After some time, the carbonating cylinder runs out of CO2. We offer an online exchange in which you get a new carbonating cylinder in exchange for your empty one. When you order a CO2 refill at sodastream.com.au, you just pay the price of the CO2, return your empties and get the full cylinders.
- Choose the relevant cylinder type according to the compatibility to your Sparkling Drink Maker.
- Choose the number of full cylinders you need - Minimum of 2 cylinders and maximum of 9 per order.
- Return your empty cylinders - Once your new cylinders arrive, use the same box (or any other box) to return your empty cylinders back to Sodastream:
- Get your Return label directly from the Australia Post portal:
- Insert the Order Number and the Email address from the order (Order Number can be found in "my account" and in the email you received when created the order).
- Choose return reason
- Choose one of 2 options to get your return label:
- Print in Store & Drop off at the Post Offices
- Print at Home (printer required) & Drop off at the Post Offices OR 24/7 Parcel Lockers OR Street Posting Boxes.
- Track your return via the AU post portal or via in "My Account"
- Get your Return label directly from the Australia Post portal:
Free shipping applies to orders over $75; otherwise, shipping costs $9.
Sparkle Note: Please remember to return an empty cylinder for each refill cylinder you have ordered. If you do not return the empty cylinder(s) within the allotted 60 days from the date your refill order was shipped, or if you do not have any empty cylinders to return, we will have to charge you an additional $16 for each unreturned cylinder.
