Option 1 - Lights are blinking
Your Sparkling Water Maker might not be properly connected. Disconnect and reconnect the power cord into a working electrical socket. Only use an SodaStream power adapter.
Option 2 - Lights are off and the power cord is connected
Try connecting your Sparkling Water Maker into a different electrical socket.
Option 3 - Lights are off and the power cord is NOT connected
Securely plug the cord into the base of your Sparkling Water Maker, ensuring the cord runs through the slots in the base. Insert the plug into a wall outlet and the buttons on your Sparkling Water Maker should light up.
