#1 - What is the Flavours' Subscription plan and how does it work?


 

Our Flavours' Subscription plan is designed to ensure you never run out of flavours and allows you to order flavours on a recurring basis.

When signing up for the flavours subscription plan on sodastream.com.au, you'll unlock even greater discounts as you select more flavours. You can order the flavours and have them shipped to you on a recurring basis every 1 to 4 months.

The steps are simple:

  1. Choose the flavours you want from the dedicated flavour subscription page on our website, at your discretion (you can mix & match).
  2. Choose the quantity of each  flavour you want in your Subscription Plan – the more flavours you choose, the greater discount you will receive: 
    • 1-6 flavours – 30% off
    • 2-10 flavours – 35% off
    • 12 flavours – 40% off
  3. Choose the delivery frequency (1 / 2 / 4 months) that you desire. 

Please note –  

  • Once you have placed your order, you can only view the flavours subscription plan you have subscribed to. If you wish to update or change your subscription plan, you will need to delete your subscription plan and create a new one.
  • Not all flavours available in the market and on our website are included as options in the flavours subscription plan.
  • The flavours presented in the flavours subscription plan are subject to availability based on our constantly updating stock (you will be informed about 'out of stock' items).
#2 - Why is my favourite flavour not available in the flavours subscription plan?


 

There are several reasons for that:  

  • Not all flavours available in the market and on the website are included as options in the flavours subscription plan.
  • Flavours included in the Subscription plan are subject to availability, reflecting our continuously updated stock. If a desired flavour isn't available at the time of your order, you can revisit later to see if it's back in stock and update the flavours included in your subscription plan accordingly post-purchase
#3 - What should I do if the flavour(s) I ordered in my subscription plan is/are out of stock?


 

Our flavour stocks are continuously updated, allowing you to adjust your order if a flavour becomes "Out of Stock."

  1. When our back-end system detects a Sodastream item is out of stock, you get immediately an email informing you about it. Your order status now shifts to "pending," and the "update order" button in "My Account" becomes available and clickable. Please refer to the images below.
  2. Upon updating your order, the next shipment date will be recalculated based on your original subscription plan frequency. If you don't update the order, it will remain pending until the next scheduled shipment date.
  3. You can also cancel your order by clicking on 'cancel order' – this action will skip your upcoming shipment, while the following shipments will be sent according to your subscription plan cycle.
    • Please note: Changes made in the "update order" screen affect only the upcoming order, not the entire subscription plan. If a flavour is replaced due to being out of stock, the next order will revert to your original flavour selections if they're back in stock.  
    • Remember to click "Update order" to confirm any changes you've made.

The “Update Order” button will be presented both in “My Account” and in the “Flavour Subscriptions" page (as seen in the images below):

 

#4 - Can I mix and match the flavours I choose as part of the Subscription Plan?


 

Yes, you have the flexibility to choose various flavours offered (subject to current stock availability and the list provided) or choose to select the same flavour. Should your preferred flavour be temporarily unavailable, you can update your subscription plan when it's back in stock. For further questions concerning flavours out of stock please refer to question #3.

#5 - Can I make changes to my Flavours Subscription Plan?


 

Yes, you can make changes to your Subscription Plan at the ”My Account” page.

Please note – Under "My Subscriptions" you'll be able to see ALL your Flavours subscriptions.

Our website provides 3 features to help you manage and update your subscription plan(s): 

  1. 'Order now' - This feature allows you to accelerate the processing of your upcoming shipment. Should you require your items earlier than your usual delivery date, this functionality guarantees that your next shipment will be processed within 24 hours, while aligning subsequent shipments with your chosen subscription plan frequency. You can use 'Order Now' anytime, even if you have skipped a shipment before. 
    Follow these steps:  
    1. Sign in to 'My Account' and go to the subscription plan page.  
    2. Select the 'Order Now' option under the ‘Manage Subscription’ drop down menu.  
    3. Confirm your choice in the pop-up menu.  
    4. You will receive an email confirmation of the update.

  2. 'Reschedule Next Shipment' - This feature lets you choose a different date for your next order, giving you more flexibility to get your shipment when it fits your schedule best. You can use 'Reschedule Next Shipment' anytime, even if you've skipped a shipment before. 
    Follow these steps:  
    1. Sign in to 'My Account' and go to the subscription plan page.
    2. Select the 'Reschedule Next Shipment' option under the ‘Manage Subscription’ drop down menu.  
    3. Use the calendar to choose a new date for your next shipment to be processed. All future shipments will be adjusted to this new schedule. Selection is available for up to 6 months in advance.  
    4. Confirm your selection in the pop-up menu.  
    5. You will receive an email confirmation of the update. 
  3. 'Skip' – This feature allows you to skip your next shipment.
    *** Please note - you can't skip shipment of the items twice consecutively; if you've skipped once, you can't skip again immediately afterwards
#6 - How many Subscription Plans can I have? 


 

There is no limitation to the number of subscription plans you can have/order; however, each subscription plan must be ordered separately.

#7 - How can I cancel my subscription plan?


 

You can cancel your subscription at any point by visiting your “My Account” page.


Please note – A delivery can’t be cancelled once it has already been sent out for shipment. Please be aware that cancelling your subscription plan cannot be undone! 

#8 - Can a cancelled subscription plan be reactivated?


 

A cancelled subscription cannot be reactivated. If you would like to re-enter into the subscription, you simply need to subscribe to a new subscription plan.

#9 - Where can I see the next shipment details?


 

You can check when to expect your next shipment by visiting the “My Account” page in the “My Subscriptions” tab.

#10 - Is there a limit for the number of flavours that can be ordered?


 

There is no limit to the number of flavours you can order.
