The Black Recycled Sodastream TERRA™ material accounts for 50% of the total weight of the Sodastream TERRA™ Sparkling Water Maker. The recycled material consists of a blend of recycled material; including 50% postindustrial recycled plastic (PCR) and 50% virgin plastic derived from fossil fuels.
- What parts of the Black Recycled SodaStream TERRA™ are recycled?
Only the outer housing of the Black Recycled Sodastream TERRA™, including the visible exterior parts, is made with a blend containing 50% recycled plastic.
- Can the Black (recycled) SodaStream TERRA™ be recycled?
We utilize the recycled material sourced from mechanical recycling processes, ensuring that the plastic can be recycled repeatedly, however we recommend you reaching out the local recycling facility in your market to learn more about the recycling opportunities.
