NO, you must have an equal number of empty SodaStream cylinders to exchange at the time of delivery.
If an equal number of empty SodaStream cylinders are NOT available to collect, the driver will not complete your delivery. You should have received a calling card from the delivery driver asking you to contact SodaStream Customer Care team within 48 hours to reschedule your delivery. If a rescheduled delivery is not made in 48 hours, your order will be cancelled and you will receive a refund for your order. If you want to reschedule your delivery, please leave your empty cylinders out for collection.
